Email Marketing / Klaviyo

Accordingly with our objectives, we advised and helped on developing comprehensive email marketing flows to enhance customer lifetime value (LTV). We segmented their audience and mapped out key email flows, including post-purchase, adandoned cart and checkout, browse abandonment, upsell/cross-sell flows and more.

We also implemented event-based triggers for personalised and timely communication, along with time-based triggers to boost sales and strengthen customer relationships.

RESULTS
