Umity App was at the very beginning of its journey, facing the challenge of establishing a strong presence in a competitive mobile app and meet-up/dating apps market. We started from scratch by identifying and building target audiences and personas. This marked the crucial first step in our comprehensive strategy to navigate the complexities of the market.

RESULTS

With a mix of marketing activities, all serving for a strategic objective that we set beforehand, we achieved a better Cost per Install rate (£3.08) than Bumble (£3.28) who is the the second highest ARPU holder among dating apps.

While these results were a significant achievement for the App's success, they served as a substantial advantage for Umity App when they were pitching to investors.

As Retli Group, our strategic and creative approach played a crucial role, enabling Umity App to achieve better results with a much more limited budget than Bumble, which shows the effectiveness of our marketing strategy, plan and management.
